Merchandiser

Role Overview

As a Merchandiser in Abu Dhabi, you will visit assigned retail outlets to keep products available, easy to find, and presented to the required standard. Your work will support sales by maintaining displays, responding to stock needs, and coordinating with store teams on promotions and product placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Check product availability and presentation during visits to assigned stores, correcting display issues where possible.
• Monitor stock levels and expiry dates, and coordinate replenishment to help prevent gaps on shelves.
• Set up and maintain promotional displays in line with merchandising standards.
• Work with store managers and retail staff to address product placement and merchandising needs.
• Record and report on stock availability, sales performance, and competitor activity.
• Travel between retail locations to carry out regular merchandising checks and support store operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous FMCG merchandising experience in the UAE is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.
• Knowledge of FMCG display standards, stock monitoring, and product replenishment.
• Ability to prepare sales and stock reports and maintain retailer relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with store teams.
• Well-organised, attentive to detail, and able to travel between assigned outlets.
