Role Overview

This internship places a recent graduate inside a working aviation environment, where they contribute to live projects and day-to-day assignments alongside experienced colleagues in their chosen discipline. The intern supports the team's operational and analytical workload while building practical judgement that a degree alone cannot provide. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out research, data gathering and background analysis that supports the team's ongoing work in the assigned functional area.
• Prepare drafts of reports, briefings, summaries and correspondence for review by supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate records, files and trackers so that project information stays current and easy to retrieve.
• Attend internal meetings, take notes and follow up on agreed actions with the relevant colleagues.
• Contribute ideas and observations during team discussions, including on process improvements within the intern's scope of work.
• Coordinate with colleagues across different units to collect inputs and keep assignments moving on schedule.
• Complete assigned tasks to agreed deadlines and quality standards, seeking guidance when priorities or requirements are unclear.
• Take part in learning and development activities arranged for interns, and apply that learning to subsequent assignments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A university degree awarded within the last four years.
• The degree must be relevant to the specific internship area being applied for.
• Additional professional qualifications or certifications in a related field are an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team and to build constructive working relationships.
• Learning agility — the capacity to absorb new material quickly and apply it without extensive hand-holding.
• Professional conduct, reliability and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential material.
• Demonstrated interest in the aviation industry, through study, projects, volunteering or prior exposure, is an advantage.
