Signature Global Real Estate is seeking a talented and creative Marketing Executive – Graphic Designer to join its Dubai team. This full-time, onsite position is ideal for a professional who can successfully combine marketing expertise with strong graphic design and content creation skills to support the company’s growing real estate operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, maintaining the company’s online presence, creating engaging visual content, and supporting sales initiatives through strategic marketing campaigns. This role requires a highly organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced real estate environment while delivering high-quality creative work.
Candidates with experience in video production, social media management, and digital campaign execution are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and regularly update the company website and social media platforms
• Create, schedule, and optimize content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital channels
• Film and edit videos for property promotions, sales agents, and corporate events
• Design marketing materials including brochures, presentations, advertisements, banners, and promotional assets
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and company events
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to create content that generates engagement and leads
• Ensure all marketing materials align with company branding and messaging guidelines
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on marketing effectiveness
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a combined marketing and graphic design role
• Strong communication and content-writing skills in English
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven real estate environment
• Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail and visual storytelling skills
• Strong knowledge of:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects)
• Video production, editing, and social media content creation
• Digital marketing campaigns, analytics, and brand management
