Role Overview
As a Marketer, you will act as the front end of the property sales and lettings engine — turning listings into enquiries, enquiries into viewings, and viewings into closed deals. Day to day, that means publishing and refreshing property listings across approved platforms, working the phones and social channels to build a live prospect list, and coordinating the photos, videos and brochures that make each unit presentable. Your output directly shapes how quickly the company's portfolio moves, so your pipeline discipline and follow-through are measured against real sales and rental results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and publish marketing content for available properties — listings, flyers, brochures, photography and short-form video — and keep every detail (pricing, availability, location, specs) accurate and current across platforms.
- Prospect for buyers, tenants and investors through outbound calls, social media outreach, referrals and networking, and add every new contact to a maintained prospect database.
- Screen incoming leads against budget, preferred location and property requirements so that only genuinely qualified prospects move into the viewing stage.
- Answer property enquiries quickly and professionally, then schedule and coordinate viewings, including any logistics between the client and the property team.
- Run structured post-viewing follow-ups, gather feedback, and keep each prospect warm until they are ready to transact.
- Manage an active pipeline from first enquiry through viewing to conversion, logging each stage so nothing stalls unnoticed.
- Track market movement and competitor listings, and feed back insights on pricing, demand and customer preference to the wider team.
- Compile weekly and monthly activity reports covering leads generated, viewings held, conversions achieved and other agreed performance indicators.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, activations and networking events, and nurture relationships with clients and referral partners over time.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Real Estate, Communications or a comparable field.
- One to three years of experience in sales, marketing, real estate, property or another customer-facing role.
- Prior exposure to real estate sales or property marketing is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated sales track record — candidates who can evidence past results will be considered even where the formal background differs.
- Comfort with both digital channels (social media, listing platforms, messaging apps) and offline outreach (calls, events, face-to-face networking).
- Persuasive communication, active listening and the confidence to handle objections and negotiate.
- Self-driven and target-oriented, with the organisation to juggle multiple prospects and deadlines without letting follow-ups lapse.
- Basic reporting discipline — able to compile activity data into clear weekly and monthly summaries.
Why Join
- Performance-based environment where effort and results are directly connected, with individual and team targets set from the outset.
- Hands-on ownership of the full lead journey — from first enquiry through viewing to completed sale or rental.
- Close collaboration with the sales and property management teams, giving wide exposure to how the portfolio is marketed and moved.
- Varied work spanning digital marketing, fieldwork, client relationship building and market analysis rather than a single narrow channel.
