Description:
Royal Gulf Tourism LLC is currently looking to hire a skilled and proactive Market Manager to oversee and grow its European market segment. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, relationship management expertise, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth within the travel and tourism sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute market strategies aimed at expanding the company’s presence across European markets
• Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with travel agents, corporate clients, hotels, and other key stakeholders
• Track sales performance and implement initiatives to improve revenue and achieve business targets
• Handle negotiations and contracting with hotels and suppliers to secure competitive rates and agreements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience working with Central and Eastern European markets, preferably within DMCs, hotels, or travel-related businesses
• Experience managing FIT and group travel segments
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage profit and loss as well as meet revenue objectives
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
• Familiarity with travel technology platforms, CRM tools, and booking systems
• Multilingual skills are a plus; holding a Schengen visa will be considered an advantage
