Mass Allied Freighters is seeking a skilled and experienced Logistics Officer to join its operations team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for logistics professionals with extensive UAE experience in freight operations, customs clearance, and import/export processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily logistics activities, coordinating shipment movements, managing customs documentation, and ensuring efficient communication with clients, transporters, shipping lines, and government authorities to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily logistics operations and oversee shipment movements.
• Handle customs clearance processes and prepare shipping documentation.
• Coordinate Dubai Municipality approvals for shipments.
• Manage port operations, container movements, and logistics activities.
• Liaise with clients, transporters, shipping lines, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate shipment records.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in logistics and freight operations.
• Strong understanding of Dubai Customs procedures and documentation.
• Experience handling Dubai Municipality approvals.
• Hands-on experience with DP World and Jebel Ali Port operations.
• Good knowledge of import/export procedures and customs clearance.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.

• DP World, Jebel Ali Port operations, and logistics coordination
