Description:

Zoya Developments, a rapidly expanding luxury real estate developer in Dubai, is currently seeking a highly skilled Legal Affairs Manager (In-House) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced legal professionals who specialize in real estate and are looking to contribute to high-end development projects within a dynamic organization.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing legal matters, ensuring compliance with UAE laws, and providing strategic legal guidance to support the company’s operations and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate development projects and related transactions

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents

• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and real estate frameworks

• Manage legal risks and support business decisions with sound legal insights

• Coordinate with internal departments and external legal advisors when required

• Handle legal documentation related to property development, sales, and acquisitions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with a real estate developer in Dubai (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of UAE legal systems and real estate regulations

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal advisory capabilities

• Ability to handle complex legal matters independently
