Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must meet the following academic and professional qualifications:
- An earned Ph.D. in Agribusiness Management from a recognized university, OR
- A Master’s degree in Agribusiness from a recognized university.
- At least three (3) years of teaching experience at the university level, or equivalent research/industry experience.
- A minimum of twenty-four (24) publication points as a Lecturer or equivalent, of which at least sixteen (16) must be from refereed scholarly journals.
- Registration with the relevant professional body (where applicable).
Salary Scale
- Senior Lecturer Grade 13: Kshs.154,739.00 – Kshs.238,221.00
- Lecturer Grade 12: Kshs.121,928.00 – Kshs.187,710.00
- Grant Officer Grade 12: Kshs.119,858.00 – Kshs.184,523.00
