Katrina Bakery LLC is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Specialist to join its production team at Dubai Investment Park 2 (DIP 2), Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a process-focused professional with a passion for improving operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating production processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, reducing waste, and implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies to enhance productivity and overall operational performance while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Identify and reduce material, time, and resource wastage across production operations.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
• Introduce and apply Lean Manufacturing tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Monitor production performance and recommend process improvements.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams to improve equipment effectiveness and workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, or production optimization.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to analyze production workflows and identify efficiency improvements.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional production and maintenance teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
