Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this role you will serve as a central point of contact for patients navigating multi-disciplinary care, ensuring smooth transitions, reducing wait-time frustrations, and providing real-time feedback to improve service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate care for patients managed by multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring actions are swiftly implemented.
- Guide patients to and between different service points to reduce confusion and time wasted getting lost.
- Monitor registration and waiting areas for congestion; provide patients with realistic wait-time expectations using structured data available.
- Serve as a source of real-time feedback to departmental heads and Quality Management before formal written complaints are required.
- Collect patient feedback across the institution to support continuous improvements.
Qualifications, Experience, Competencies and Attributes
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

- Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive conversations or escalating complaints.
- Problem-solving and innovative approach to challenges.
