Description:
We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team for major infrastructure projects across Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong expertise in construction surveying and infrastructure development works.
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate site surveys, setting out works, and ensuring all construction activities are executed in line with approved drawings and specifications. You will also play a key role in maintaining survey records and supporting project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform setting out for roads, utility corridors, drainage, and infrastructure works
• Conduct pre-construction and post-construction surveys
• Verify levels, grades, and coordinates before execution of works
• Maintain accurate survey records and reports
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure alignment with approved drawings
• Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and project submissions
Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in UAE infrastructure projects
• Experience in RTA, Dubai Municipality, or utility projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of survey instruments and construction surveying techniques
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and site plans
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
Strong knowledge of:
• Land surveying techniques and instruments
• Infrastructure and construction site operations
• RTA and Dubai Municipality project standards
• As-built documentation and reporting
