Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and maintain a professional and friendly front desk presence
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring a smooth experience
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance with requests in a timely manner
• Handle incoming phone calls and manage daily reception operations
• Support administrative duties as required by the management team
• Keep the reception and lobby area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
• Ensure every guest feels comfortable, valued, and well attended throughout their visit or stay

• Strong verbal communication skills in English
