Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and maintain a professional and friendly front desk presence
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while ensuring a smooth experience
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance with requests in a timely manner
- Handle incoming phone calls and manage daily reception operations
- Support administrative duties as required by the management team
- Keep the reception and lobby area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Ensure every guest feels comfortable, valued, and well attended throughout their visit or stay
Requirements:
- Genuine interest in hospitality and guest service excellence
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Professional appearance with a positive and welcoming attitude
- Basic computer literacy and ability to handle office systems
