We are currently looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Payroll Assistant to join our team in Fujairah. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates who are eager to begin their professional journey in Human Resources and Payroll administration.
This role provides hands-on exposure to payroll operations, employee record management, and HR coordination within a structured work environment. If you are organized, eager to learn, and ready to grow your career in HR, this position offers a strong starting point.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll in coordination with the accounts and HR departments
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Support HR documentation processes including contracts, leave records, and employee files
• Monitor attendance records and assist with tracking work hours and leave balances
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth payroll and HR operations
• Ensure payroll activities comply with UAE Labour Law and company policies
Requirements:
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
