Junior Estimator (Civil) – Freshers Welcome

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh Civil Engineering graduates to join our team as Junior Estimators at SNB World. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in construction estimation with hands-on training and mentorship.

About the Role

As a Junior Estimator, you will support the estimating team in preparing accurate cost estimates for civil engineering projects. You will gain practical experience in quantity takeoffs, material pricing, and bid preparation while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing project drawings, specifications, and scope of work
• Perform quantity takeoffs and material calculations using AutoCAD and spreadsheets
• Help prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes
• Maintain accurate records of estimates and project data
• Support senior estimators in daily tasks as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required)
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet)
