A leading international Private Equity Investment Firm is seeking a Junior Accountant to join its Dubai-based finance team through a confidential search managed by Cordell Partners. This opportunity offers the chance to work within a global investment platform supporting a multi-entity international business.
The successful candidate will gain valuable exposure to IFRS reporting, VAT compliance, statutory reporting, and a wide range of finance operations while working alongside an experienced international finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and support VAT-related processes.
• Assist with IFRS reporting and statutory reporting requirements.
• Support finance operations across a multi-entity international business.
Requirements:
• 3+ years’ accounting experience.
• Experience in a multi-entity or international environment is advantageous.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Bookkeeping
• Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Reconciliations
• VAT
