A company based in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to join its finance team. This role is suitable for candidates who are looking to build their career in accounting while gaining hands-on experience in managing financial records and supporting daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with financial data and maintaining accuracy in all accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process invoices while ensuring proper documentation is maintained
• Manage accounts receivable, including tracking payments and maintaining supporting records
• Oversee accounts payable by verifying invoices, confirming liabilities, and ensuring timely payments with proper approvals
• Update and maintain financial records using accounting software systems
• Collect and record payroll-related expenses accurately into the system
• Analyze financial data and assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets
• Ensure all accounting entries are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
