Applicants should:
Hold relevant academic qualifications (Master’s or PhD for Lecturer/Tutorial Fellow roles; Diploma or Bachelor’s for Technician roles).
Have prior experience in university teaching, curriculum development, educational research, or laboratory/technical support.
Demonstrate strong communication, instructional, and academic writing skills.
Be familiar with competency‑based education, student assessment, and higher‑education teaching frameworks.
Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with Kenyatta University’s mission as a leading multi‑campus public university.
Lecturer roles require teaching, research, publication, and student mentorship.
Tutorial Fellow roles require teaching support, research engagement, and academic assistance.
Human Anatomy Technician roles require lab preparation, specimen handling, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
TERMS OF SERVICE:
A competitive remuneration package, which includes basic salary, house allowance, and medical cover as per the University Scheme, will be provided.
Tutorial Fellows are employed on one (1) year renewable contract up to a maximum of three (3) years.

Copies of certificates and testimonials should also be enclosed, giving the names and contacts of three (3) referees who are conversant with the applicant’s competence in the area of specialization.
