Applicants should:
Hold relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or professional certification depending on the role).
Have prior experience in hospitality training, academic administration, legal services, supply chain, auditing, or estate management.
Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Be familiar with hospitality and tourism industry standards, education frameworks, and compliance regulations.
Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with KUC’s mission of training world‑class professionals for the hospitality and tourism industry.
Role‑specific expectations:
Directors & Deputy Directors: Provide strategic leadership in academics, corporate services, HR, and student welfare.
General Manager – Utalii Hotel: Oversee hotel operations, service excellence, and training integration.
Legal Officer & Dean of Students: Ensure compliance, student support, and welfare programs.
Supply Chain & Internal Auditor: Manage procurement, logistics, and accountability.
Research & Estate Management Officers: Drive innovation, institutional research, and property management.
The terms of service for the above positions are as indicated above. Those on contract are renewable once subject to performance and retirement age.
