Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s or Master’s in ICT, Communications, Audit, Business Administration, or related fields).

• Have prior experience in ICT management, corporate communications, internal audit, or administration.

• Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Be familiar with public service frameworks, privatization processes, and compliance standards under the Privatisation Act (2023).

• Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with Privatisation Authority’s mandate to implement and advise on the privatisation of public entities.

• Deputy Director roles require strategic ICT leadership, systems oversight, and innovation.

• Assistant Director roles require departmental leadership, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement.

• Senior Administration roles require operational support, office management, and coordination.

• Duly filled and stamped Self-Declaration/Clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption
• Commission (EACC).
• Valid Clearance Certificate from an approved Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).
