Be familiar with county government frameworks, policy development, and compliance standards.
Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with Samburu County’s mission of fostering peace, resource mobilization, and sustainable development.
Chief officer and director roles require strategic leadership, policy oversight, and program coordination.
Administrative roles require community engagement, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
Supply chain roles require procurement management, compliance, and accountability.
