Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

  • Have prior experience in human rights advocacy, legal services, finance, supply chain, or regional program management.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Be familiar with constitutional frameworks, UN Paris Principles, and governance standards.

  • Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with KNCHR’s mission of safeguarding and promoting human rights in Kenya.

  • Director roles require strategic leadership, policy development, and advocacy.

  • Deputy/Assistant Director roles require departmental oversight, compliance, and operational efficiency.

  • Regional services roles require field coordination, community engagement, and program implementation.
