Applicants should:
Hold relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD depending on the role).

Demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Be familiar with geothermal exploration, drilling operations, and energy project financing.
Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with GDC’s mission of accelerating geothermal resource development in Kenya.
Role‑specific expectations:
General Manager & Managers: Lead strategic geothermal resource development, drilling, infrastructure, and project execution.
Assistant Managers: Support financial management, treasury, and investment operations.
Principal Officers (Legal, Insurance, Geoscientist): Provide specialized expertise in compliance, risk management, insurance, and geophysical resource assessment.
