Minimum Requirements (Likely)
Applicants should:

Hold relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD depending on the role).

Possess professional certifications in engineering, geology, finance, law, or communications where applicable.

Have prior experience in energy sector operations, geothermal resource management, drilling, project management, or corporate governance.

Demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Be familiar with geothermal exploration, drilling operations, and energy project financing.

Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with GDC’s mission of accelerating geothermal resource development in Kenya.
Role‑specific expectations:

General Manager & Managers: Lead strategic geothermal resource development, drilling, infrastructure, and project execution.

Assistant Managers: Support financial management, treasury, and investment operations.

Principal Officers (Legal, Insurance, Geoscientist): Provide specialized expertise in compliance, risk management, insurance, and geophysical resource assessment.
How to Apply
Successful candidates will be required to submit clearance certificates from the following bodies:
- Kenya Revenue Authority - (Valid Tax compliance certificate).
- Directorate of Criminal Investigations - (Certificate of good conduct)
- Higher Education Loans Board - (Compliance certificate, where applicable)
- Ethics and Anti – Corruption Commission - (Self-Declaration form)
- Credit Reference Bureau - (Certificate of clearance or credit report)
