Description:
Bafleh Jewellery is currently looking for an experienced and customer-focused Jewellery Store Manager to oversee store operations and lead its retail team in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in luxury retail, jewellery sales, and team leadership.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily store activities, driving sales growth, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of store presentation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the jewellery store and ensure smooth business performance.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with customers.
• Monitor sales performance and implement effective strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising, product presentation, and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory control, stock monitoring, and product availability.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally while maintaining brand reputation.
• Train and support team members to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and retail best practices.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in jewellery, gold, diamond, or luxury retail environments.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management capabilities.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed performance targets.
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Previous UAE retail experience will be considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
