Technology Mission Spacemine Holdings Limited is seeking a high-caliber IT / Systems / Digital Manager to serve as the architect of our digital future. Based in Kilimani, you will be responsible for the sophisticated integration of our business platforms, ensuring that our infrastructure supports the rapid growth of our large-scale residential and government-backed projects.
Role Function
In this capacity, you will move beyond traditional IT support to lead our digital transformation. Your objective is to manage the company’s enterprise systems (ERP/CRM), fortify our cybersecurity posture, and ensure seamless communication between our corporate headquarters and remote project sites.
Professional Qualifications
Work History: At least 6 years of experience in IT management or systems administration, preferably within a multi-site corporate environment.
Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience implementing and managing ERP, CRM, and cloud-based accounting or project tools.
Infrastructure Mastery: Deep knowledge of networking, server management, and modern hardware maintenance.
Security & Compliance: Proven track record in establishing data backup protocols, disaster recovery plans, and advanced cybersecurity defenses.
Core Competencies
Innovation & Vision: A proactive mindset focused on identifying and deploying new technologies to increase operational efficiency.
Technical Problem-Solving: The ability to diagnose complex system failures and provide rapid, scalable solutions.
Vendor Coordination: Skilled at managing relationships with external service providers and software vendors to ensure high uptime.
Strategic Communication: The ability to translate technical requirements into business value for senior management and provide clear support to non-technical site teams.
What We Offer
Remuneration: Kshs. 75,000 – 90,000 Gross.
