We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining IT systems and equipment, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations within the company.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.

Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.

Monitor and maintain internet connectivity, network systems, and office IT infrastructure.

Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and company applications.

Respond to IT support requests through onsite or remote assistance.

Maintain records of IT inventory, licenses, and equipment.

Assist in data backup and basic cybersecurity procedures.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary.

Support meeting room setups, video conferencing systems, and office technology requirements.

Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Handle and support CRM systems and Sales Workforce platforms used by the company.

Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.

Experience handling CRM systems and Sales Workforce platforms is required.

Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

 

Experience with CCTV, biometric systems, or ERP support is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and network administration.

Experience in the real estate development industry is an advantage.

UAE experience is preferred.
