Description:
A corporate organization in Dubai is currently seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Specialist (Helpdesk & Support) to join its growing technical team. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong troubleshooting abilities and experience in providing day-to-day IT support within a fast-paced corporate environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization by providing technical assistance, resolving system issues, and supporting employees with hardware and software-related concerns. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to respond efficiently to IT support requests.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic corporate setting and further develop technical expertise in IT support, networking, and system administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, email, printers, and network-related issues
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN access, and system performance issues
• Support Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and related tools
• Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including system setup and access configuration
• Maintain accurate IT inventory, equipment tracking, and asset records
• Coordinate with external vendors for technical support and maintenance when required
• Ensure smooth daily IT operations across departments within the organization
• Assist employees with technical issues and provide timely resolution
• Support network and system stability through regular monitoring and troubleshooting
• Document IT issues, solutions, and support activities for record-keeping
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or IT Support roles
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365 environment
• Basic understanding of networking, troubleshooting, and system support
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills with a user-support mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment
• IT certifications will be considered an added advantage
