IT Officer

Orchid IVF and Fertility Services is currently seeking a skilled and proactive IT Officer to join its healthcare team in Dubai. This role offers an opportunity to work in a meaningful environment where technology supports patient care and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems and ensuring smooth technical operations within a healthcare setting.

The selected professional will play a key role in supporting staff, maintaining system reliability, and ensuring data security across all IT operations, including healthcare-specific software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and maintain IT systems, networks, servers, and hardware infrastructure

• Provide day-to-day technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues efficiently

• Ensure system security, data protection, backups, and overall IT integrity

• Support healthcare applications, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems

• Coordinate with external vendors for IT services, maintenance, and system upgrades

• Assist in implementing improvements to IT infrastructure and workflows

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline

• Hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role

• Strong understanding of networking, hardware, and system security principles

• Prior experience in healthcare IT systems is considered an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
