We are seeking a professional and reliable IT Assistant with UAE hotel experience to join our team.
Job Summary
The IT Assistant will provide technical support to hotel staff, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. This role requires hands-on experience with the IDS hotel management system and a strong commitment to maintaining efficient and secure technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely technical support to hotel staff for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve system problems related to the IDS hotel management system
- Maintain and monitor IT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new systems and devices
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and security measures
Qualifications
Experience
- Previous experience in the UAE hospitality/hotel industry
- Hands-on experience with IDS (hotel management system) is required
Skills & Competencies
- Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, network, and system issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
