TXM is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Invoicing Assistant to become part of their expanding team in Dubai. This role is well-suited for candidates with a background in billing or accounts receivable who are confident in handling invoicing tasks with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and issue invoices accurately while ensuring deadlines are consistently met
• Maintain and update billing records, ensuring all data is properly documented
• Assist in account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in billing
• Coordinate with internal departments to streamline invoicing processes
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients when required

Requirements:
• Previous experience in invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
