Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Social Research Analyst. The ideal candidate will apply sociological theories, qualitative and quantitative research methods, and a deep understanding of social structures to inform program development and policy recommendations. This role requires a strong foundation in the principles of sociology and a commitment to evidence-based analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement research studies using surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis software.
  • Analyze social trends, demographic data, and community needs to produce actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and policy briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the social impact of programs and initiatives.
  • Stay current with sociological literature and best practices in social research methodology.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor of Arts in Sociology (or closely related field) is required.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social research, community analysis, or related roles.

Skills
