We’re Hiring – Implementation & Training Consultant (Hospitality Technology)

CADD Emirates is expanding its team and is currently seeking a motivated and technology-driven Implementation & Training Consultant specializing in hospitality solutions. This onsite Dubai-based role is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy working with hotel teams, delivering training sessions, and supporting the successful adoption of innovative guest service technologies.

The position offers a unique opportunity for individuals with hotel operations experience who are interested in transitioning into a technology-focused career while remaining connected to the hospitality industry.

Who Can Apply:

Candidates with professional experience as a Trainer or Hotel Operations professional, particularly in the following areas:

• Guest Relations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience within hotel operations
• Strong computer literacy and confidence working with software platforms and applications
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
• Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Willingness to travel and conduct onsite implementation and training sessions at hotel properties

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement guest service and hospitality applications across hotel properties
• Conduct structured training sessions for hotel staff and department leaders
• Support system go-live phases and assist teams during post-implementation adoption
• Collaborate closely with hotel operations teams to enhance workflows and operational efficiency
• Ensure smooth integration of technology solutions that improve overall guest experience
