Job Title: HR Manager – FMCG Manufacturing
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources strategies and operations within a large-scale FMCG manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will drive talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development while ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and succession planning processes.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development programs.
- Guide management on employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage compensation and benefits administration and recommend competitive reward practices.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives to build organizational capability.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic HR reports and metrics.
- Support change management initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee HR budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be CHRP(K) certified and possess an IHRM full membership status.
- 7–10 years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a busy and large-scale FMCG manufacturing industry.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
