Spacemine Holdings is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee recruitment, payroll, and all HR operations. Based in Kilimani, Nairobi, you will manage employee relations, compliance, performance, and workforce planning across multiple project sites. You will ensure a strong, efficient, and legally compliant workforce that supports our growth in real estate and infrastructure development.

Spacemine Holdings Limited is a leading real estate and infrastructure development company delivering affordable housing, large‑scale residential estates, and government‑backed infrastructure projects. As we expand, we need a solid HR function to attract, develop, and retain top talent across multiple sites.
Role Overview
The Human Resource Manager will lead all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. You will design and maintain HR policies, support workforce planning, and ensure the company adheres to labour laws and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.

Oversee payroll processing, employee records, and HR systems.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR standards.

Support workforce planning across multiple project sites.

Manage staff contracts, benefit, and leave management.

Prepare and present HR reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements
Skills & Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction or similar industries.

Strong experience in recruitment, payroll, and general HR operations.

Knowledge of Kenya labour laws and HR compliance requirements.

Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
