The Objective

Accountability Workstreams
Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle Support

Facilitate recruitment logistics by posting vacancies and coordinating the shortlisting of qualified candidates.

Manage the interview schedule and maintain professional communication with all applicants.

Execute the onboarding sequence, including the preparation of contracts and the delivery of induction materials.

Maintain an organized database of recruitment records to track hiring metrics.
Documentation & Payroll Administration

Oversee the maintenance of physical and digital employee files, ensuring all documents are current and secure.

Manage HR documentation including leave approvals, disciplinary notices, and contract renewals.

Compile and verify payroll inputs such as attendance records and statutory deductions (NHIF, NSSF).

Respond to staff queries regarding benefits and pay, ensuring high levels of internal service.
Governance & Employee Relations

Monitor HR practices to ensure total compliance with Kenyan labor laws and internal company policies.

Assist in the implementation of new HR procedures and support the documentation of disciplinary actions.

Serve as an accessible point of contact for employee concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.

Provide general administrative support, including the preparation of weekly or monthly HR activity reports.
