A company based in Dubai is currently looking to hire an experienced HSE Officer for a permanent full-time position. This opportunity is ideal for health and safety professionals who have strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and experience handling site safety operations.
The organization is seeking candidates who possess NEBOSH certification along with practical experience in implementing HSE policies, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations. Candidates with Hindi communication skills are highly preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental policies
• Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and UAE regulations
• Prepare safety reports, incident documentation, and corrective action plans
• Coordinate safety training sessions and toolbox talks for employees
• Identify workplace hazards and implement preventive safety measures
• Maintain proper safety records and documentation
Requirements:
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of HSE experience required
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and compliance standards
• Ability to conduct inspections, audits, and safety training sessions
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of:
