Description:
Accurate Edge UAE is currently hiring an experienced HSE Officer to join its growing manufacturing operations team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for safety professionals who are passionate about workplace safety, environmental management, and maintaining high health and safety standards within industrial environments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring workplace safety compliance, conducting risk assessments, implementing safety awareness programs, and supporting environmental management activities. The company is seeking proactive and detail-oriented professionals who can contribute to building a safe and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure workplace safety compliance across operations
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification activities
• Organize safety training sessions and awareness programs
• Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports
• Support environmental management and compliance activities
• Monitor implementation of health and safety procedures
• Maintain safety documentation and records accurately
• Coordinate with teams to improve workplace safety standards
Requirements:
• 4–5 years of HSE experience
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• NEBOSH Certification is mandatory
• Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to conduct safety inspections and audits
• Workplace safety compliance knowledge
• Risk assessment and hazard identification skills
• Incident investigation and reporting experience
• Environmental management and safety awareness expertise
