Description:
A contracting company based in Ras Al Khaimah is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive HSE Officer to join their team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about workplace safety and committed to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across project sites.
The selected candidate will play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture while ensuring all operations align with UAE regulations and company safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement, maintain, and monitor HSE policies and procedures across project sites
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
• Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations and internal company standards
• Deliver safety training sessions, inductions, and toolbox talks to workers and staff
• Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective and preventive measures
Requirements:
• Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are highly preferred
• Prior experience in the contracting or construction industry is essential
• Strong understanding of UAE health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills
