Description:
A leading construction project in Dubai is currently seeking a highly experienced HSE Manager to oversee and manage all health, safety, and environmental operations across project sites. This opportunity is ideal for qualified professionals with a strong background in UAE construction projects and expertise in maintaining compliance with local safety regulations.
The selected candidate will play a key role in implementing effective HSE systems, leading safety teams, conducting audits and inspections, and promoting a proactive safety culture throughout the organization. Candidates currently available in the UAE and ready for immediate joining will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and safety management systems across project sites
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, Dubai Municipality standards, and company HSE requirements
• Conduct regular risk assessments, site inspections, audits, and safety evaluations
• Lead and supervise HSE teams while promoting a strong safety culture on-site
• Organize safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for workers and staff
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses while implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare safety reports, documentation, and compliance records as required
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience within UAE construction projects
• Previous experience working with main contractors under Dubai Municipality regulations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is mandatory
• NEBOSH Certification required
• Level 6 HSE Qualification required
• Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations, construction safety standards, and risk management procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting abilities
• Candidates currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately will be preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE construction safety regulations
• Risk assessment and incident investigation procedures
• HSE audits, inspections, and compliance management
• Safety training and awareness programs
• Construction site hazard control and prevention
