We are hiring a proactive HR professional for one of our clients in the UAE who can manage end-to-end HR functions and help build a strong, positive workplace culture.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: As per company standards
Experience: 2–3 years in Human Resources
Home country experience can be considered
Job Summary
The role involves handling core HR operations including employee engagement, payroll, HR policies, compliance, performance management, and learning & development, while aligning HR practices with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage employee engagement, relations, payroll, and statutory compliance
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor & employment laws
• Drive performance management, training, and leadership development initiatives
• Prepare HR analytics and reports using Advanced Excel
Skills & Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HR operations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field
