Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & onboarding
Employee engagement & HR operations
Attendance, payroll coordination & documentation
Policy implementation and compliance
Handling employee queries and coordination with management
Requirements:
Degree in HR / MBA (HR preferred)
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Ability to multitask and work independently
Location: Musaffah Abu Dhabi
Salary: 6-8k Aed
