Description:

Robust Trade is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join its growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, reliable, and experienced in handling HR administrative processes within a professional work environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, documentation, and coordination of essential HR services. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.

The role also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations and efficient workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes

• Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and databases

• Ensure accuracy of HR documentation and data entry

• Coordinate visa processing and employee travel arrangements

• Support daily HR administrative and operational activities

• Collaborate with internal teams for efficient HR workflow

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
