Description:

Woodlem Schools is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to join its team in Ajman on an immediate basis. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in human resources, particularly within the education sector.

The selected candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Candidates with prior experience in UAE schools and strong interpersonal skills will be highly preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily HR operations within the school environment.

• Support recruitment activities, including sourcing and onboarding of staff.

• Handle employee relations and assist in resolving workplace concerns.

• Maintain accurate HR records and employee documentation.

• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
