Primary Mandate
We are seeking a high-efficiency HR & Admin / Operations Officer to act as the central engine of our corporate environment. Your objective is to blend strategic human resource support with rigorous operational oversight. You will be responsible for the end-to-end employee experience—from coordinating recruitment and onboarding to ensuring strict adherence to labor laws. Human Capital & Compliance

Facilitate the talent acquisition process, including strategic job postings, candidate screening, and interview logistics.

Direct the onboarding and induction journey for new hires to ensure cultural and operational integration.

Maintain the integrity of employee databases and physical records with absolute confidentiality.

Ensure all organizational practices remain fully compliant with current labor laws and internal policies.

Support performance management cycles and assist in resolving employee relations matters with a focus on legal alignment.
Operational Governance & Administration

Oversee daily office administration to guarantee a seamless and professional working environment.

Lead the procurement lifecycle for office supplies and inventory, ensuring cost-effective resource management.

Manage high-level schedules, coordinate executive meetings, and facilitate transparent internal communications.

Draft and manage professional correspondence for both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Prepare comprehensive HR and administrative reports to inform management on operational health.
