Description:

Vikamusk Construction Equipment is currently looking for a motivated and versatile HR & Admin Executive to join its Dubai branch. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can effectively handle both human resources and administrative responsibilities while contributing to smooth daily operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting HR functions, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are properly implemented. The position requires someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing HR operations, including employee records and documentation
  • Support administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations
  • Develop and implement company policies, employee handbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and organizational standards
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR & Admin role
