Job Description
Assist in the recruitment process, screening CVs, arranging interviews, negotiation, until the confirmation of employment.
Continually educate employees on company policies
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee in ERP
Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed.
Preparing letters such as offer letter, appointment letter, warning latter, termination letter, NOC for Driving License, Experience Certificate, Circular, Memo’s, authorization letter and transfer letters etc.
Prepare and submitting HR related reports time to time
Handling ends to end employee medical insurance and workmen compensation insurance in coordination with Facility management
Keeping the employee records both soft and hard copy
Organizational chart updating, induction material updating, policy and procedure compiling
Update and allocate company accommodation to employees
Data collection, analyze and create HR and Operations reports
