Description:
Novel Hotel City Center Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join its hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining cleanliness, delivering high service standards, and contributing to an excellent guest experience within a busy hotel environment.
The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring guest rooms and hotel areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness and hygiene standards while working collaboratively with the housekeeping and operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards
• Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with amenities and supplies
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the relevant department
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
• Assist in delivering prompt and efficient housekeeping services
• Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and storage areas
• Respond to guest requests in a professional and timely manner
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is preferred
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting
• Willingness to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
