Luxury Hotels is currently seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join their front office team in Dubai. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy interacting with guests while delivering exceptional service.
The selected candidate will play a key role in managing front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures
• Handle guest registrations and allocate rooms efficiently
• Manage booking inquiries, reservations, and room availability
• Provide detailed information about room options, pricing, and hotel amenities
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of guest check-ins, check-outs, and billing transactions
Requirements:
• 0 to 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service (fresh candidates are welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced work environment
• Basic computer knowledge, including reservation and front desk systems
• Friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused attitude
