Connect Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee company dedicated to sourcing, roasting, and serving exceptional coffee. What We’re Looking For

We are hiring for multiple roles—from baristas and shift leads to roastery assistants and café managers. No matter the position, our ideal candidates bring:

• A genuine love for coffee and a desire to learn more about it
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Flexibility to work weekends and early mornings (café roles)

Responsibilities (Vary by Role)

While day‑to‑day duties differ, all team members contribute to our core mission. Common responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving high‑quality coffee and espresso beverages
• Providing warm, attentive hospitality to every guest
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace
• Assisting with inventory, stocking, and quality control
• Participating in ongoing coffee education and tasting sessions
• Supporting a culture of respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Previous experience in coffee, food service, or retail is a plus but not required—we train the right people
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• A willingness to learn and grow with our company
