Al Bustan Travel & Tourism Company is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Holiday Consultant to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong travel consultancy experience, excellent destination knowledge, and the ability to create customized holiday solutions based on client preferences and budgets.
The selected candidate will manage customer enquiries, design travel packages, handle bookings, and contribute to business growth through exceptional service and effective sales strategies. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a seamless travel experience from enquiry to booking completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
• Design and recommend suitable holiday packages, travel itineraries, flights, accommodations, and travel services.
• Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Manage reservations, modifications, cancellations, and customer requests efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, airlines, hotels, and travel partners.
• Provide accurate destination information, travel advice, airline schedules, and travel requirements.
• Identify sales opportunities and support achievement of individual and company targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and booking details according to company procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a professional service environment.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consultancy, holiday sales, or a similar role.
• IATA qualification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of holiday packages, air travel, accommodation, and travel services.
• Excellent communication, customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales ability and business development mindset.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in the UAE travel and tourism industry is preferred.

• Holiday package development and travel planning
• Airline bookings, accommodations, and travel services
• Customer relationship management and travel sales
