Job Summary
Spacemine Holdings is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to oversee site safety, compliance, and risk management across construction and infrastructure projects. Based in Kilimani, Nairobi, you will travel to project sites to lead audits, training, and safety systems, ensuring all developments are delivered safely and in line with regulations.

Spacemine Holdings Limited is a leading real estate and infrastructure development company delivering affordable housing, large‑scale residential estates, and government‑backed infrastructure projects. We need a seasoned Health & Safety Manager to enforce high safety standards across all our sites.
Role Overview
You will develop, implement, and enforce health & safety policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a “safety‑first” culture on all projects. You will work closely with project managers and site teams to prevent incidents, manage risks, and maintain safe operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement health & safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Identify hazards and implement preventive and corrective measures.
- Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports.
- Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to site teams.
- Monitor safety performance and prepare dashboards and KPIs.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment on site.
- Work with project managers and departments to maintain safe working conditions.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all projects and sites.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA‑style or local equivalents).
- NEBOSH or equivalent certification (highly desirable).
- Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Strong communication, training, and reporting skills.
